1. Acceptance of these terms

MAAYA (“MAAYA”, “we”, “us”) operates this online magic academy. By creating an account, buying a course or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to purchase. Minors may use the service under a parent or guardian’s account.
  • We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or are used for fraud.

3. Purchases & access

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, include GST. Payments are handled by our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details.
  • On successful payment you receive access to the purchased course, usually instantly, with confirmation by email and WhatsApp.
  • Access is granted for your personal use for the lifetime of the course on the platform.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Course licence

When you buy a course you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to stream the lessons for your own learning. You may not download, copy, resell, publicly perform for profit the exact taught routine as “your own”, share your login, or redistribute any part of the content.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content in reviews or messages.
  • Magic secrets are shared in confidence — please respect the art and fellow performers.

6. Intellectual property

All course videos, text, graphics, logos and the MAAYA brand are owned by MAAYA or its instructors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Disclaimers & liability

Courses are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular skill outcome, income or performance result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAAYA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
